A conversation about your work, by video, by phone or at the studio. We tell you the time and who you will meet.

If we both want to go ahead, you get an offer in writing with the terms spelled out.

No. We look at the work and how you think about it. A strong portfolio counts for more than a certificate.
Most roles are at the studio in Surat; each opening says where. Working together in one room is a big part of how the team learns.
Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a fixed pattern that is published for the year, so you always know in advance.
Usually two to three weeks from application to offer: we read it, one interview about your work, and a written offer. You hear back at each step.

Two or three pieces of real work, with a few lines on the problem, what you did and what happened. Process matters as much as the final screens.
